Weekly Update

Project managers in the racking industry face a common challenge: staying informed about the real progress of their projects. To get this data from their installers, they often rely on manual updates, phone calls, unclear emails or time-consuming site visits, which is not ideal. Right?

To help our clients with this problem, we've developed a tool that captures the most relevant project data day-by-day and converts it into a single, easy-to-read weekly report delivered to their inbox every Friday.

Our Weekly Project Update provides an overview of how the installation is going, including:

- Installation breakdown into six key group activities (subject to change)
- Milestones progress- A colour-coded drawing with information of in what areas we are working on
- Overall project progress

Through this initiative, we're hoping to keep our clients informed and engaged throughout the entire installation and promptly address any issues to ensure the project stays on track.
